These terms and conditions apply when placing an order via vXperten.org. By completing a purchase, the terms below are accepted in full, including the health and liability provisions.
1. Order
When an order is completed, an order confirmation is sent to the provided email address. The right is reserved to correct any errors in price, stock status or product information.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in SEK. Amounts are automatically converted to Bitcoin at the time of payment based on the current exchange rate. The final BTC amount is displayed on the payment page.

3. Shipping and Security
As an added security measure, all packages are photographed before leaving the warehouse. The photo can be provided upon request. Photos are stored temporarily as documentation for any shipping disputes and are then deleted.
4. Health Responsibility and Medical Safety

The products on vXperten.org are intended for adults and contain active substances such as sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil and dapoxetine. These substances are potent and may interact with other medicines or medical conditions.
It is strongly recommended to consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider before using any of the products — especially if you have underlying health conditions, are taking other medication, or are unsure about suitability.

Customers are responsible for checking that they have no allergy or hypersensitivity to the ingredients in the ordered products. vXperten.org is not liable for allergic reactions, side effects or other health effects arising from the use of the products.
Reactions and Side Effects
All active substances may cause side effects. Use of the products is entirely at the buyer’s own risk. vXperten.org accepts no medical liability for any reactions, side effects or health consequences — whether short-term or long-term — arising from the use of purchased products.
5. Personal Responsibility When Purchasing
By completing a purchase on vXperten.org, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have read and understood the product leaflet and safety information
- You are aware of the risks associated with the purchased substance
- You have no allergy to the product’s ingredients
- You accept full responsibility for your health and safety when using the products

No liability is accepted if the product does not meet the buyer’s expectations for medical, personal or other reasons.

No liability is accepted for delivery delays beyond vXperten’s control. Delays are unfortunately not uncommon — please wait 2–3 extra business days before making contact.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the products — pharmaceutical-type preparations intended for personal use — no right of withdrawal applies once an order has been dispatched. This is in accordance with consumer purchase law and the distance selling regulations exception for hygiene products and health preparations whose seal has been broken.
8. Disputes
Any issues — such as missing deliveries or incorrect products — are handled through direct contact with vXperten’s customer service. Since payment is made with Bitcoin, transactions are irreversible, so it is recommended to make contact before any decisions are made. All issues are resolved as quickly and fairly as possible.
